I'd agree with this article. I've used Biokleen all purpose cleaner for a multitude of uses throughout the last few years. It's become my go-to product for most things dirty. I keep several bottles on hand with different dilutions of Biokleen All Purpose Cleaner in each one. For example, one quart bottle has 1 oz of all purpose cleaner in it. Another has 2 oz, and a third has 4 oz. I've personally found that beyond 4 oz it makes no difference and is no more effective, so just a waste of product, as it is very concentrated. It works well on just about all cleaning projects, except on occasion when I run into a difficult grease or oil spot, in which case, if I'm unable to remove with my 4 oz dilution of Biokleen APC, then I tap into a degreaser such as Biokleen Citrus Soy Solvent (http://bulkgreencleaners.com/biokleen-citrus-soy-solvent-bulk.html) or you can just try isopropyl rubbing alcohol, which works to remove many greasy spots and spills too (just watch out for the volatile stink!)
